Steps to Apply

1.  Print the appropriate application as indicated below.
     (Please note - requires Adobe Acrobat Version 5.0 Reader)
2.  Complete, sign and fax the application to ARCHWAY at (702) 258-6777
3.  Include a description of the equipment to be leased.
    (For example, a copy of the equipment invoice or quote)

1.  Complete the appropriate Lease Application
     (on larger transactions, tax returns and financial statements are required)

2.  Obtain Credit, Equipment and Vendors Okays

3.  Draw and Sign Documents and Submit Deposit

     (on larger transactions, a deposit is required to proceed before documents are drawn)

4.  Equipment Delivered and Accepted

5.  Vendor Paid

 

Accounts Receivable..
 



 

1.  Complete the Accounts Receivable (A/R) Application

2.  A/R's are Accepted by Lender

3.  Account Established with Lender

4.  A/R's are Submitted to Lender

5.  Applicant Paid

 

Municipal Lease.
 



 

1.  Complete the Municipal Lease Application

2.  Direct contact established with Lender to completed

3.  Project and/or Equipment Funded
